Antisense therapy in cancer
Abstract
This review discusser laboratory and clinical studies of antisense oligodeoxynucleotides as potential treatments for haematological malignancies and solid tumours. Mechanisms of action, pharmacokinetics, toxicities and potential clinical applications of these agents are described.
